It’s almost a month and I did not receive d products ordered! Waste of money completely. I would not suggest anyone to get from purpell as they are fooling people.
Every time I call the customer care to know the status of the order I get the same response that the product is there in your city and will try to deliver in 2-3 working days.
But the product never gets delivered! There are no tracking details available in the app as well. You always need to call the customer care which is not even toll free to know the status. After all this, you are not even sure that u will get the delivery or not. They even escalated the issue to the senior management but with no response not even a mail. I was using purpell for the first time and I will be the last time as well. I won’t even 1 star for this kind of service!
