I had ordered Matrix product from this website which I got on time but it was leaking when I got it., I ignored that and blamed weather for the June month).
Later on, I ordered some cosmetics and one of those was damaged and requested them to exchange and they exchanged . Till this point, I was fully satisfied with the services of purplle.com.
In the mid of Dec, I again placed an order . But the website was unable to deliver my product on time and I tried to contact them umpteen no. of times. They gave me no satisfactory reply and the website kept showing SHIPPED.

You can’t predict the website’s performance .The last incident will make me think twice before placing any order(Note: still I haven’t got my order and its been 3 weeks).
