Do not ship Items - Another timtara.com in making.

Order # 20140320207605: Placed this order almost 15 days back. While shopping the items are described as "In stock" but after  a delay got an email saying "out of stock". The items are not delivered even after 15 days. Tried calling their customer care tens of times but never gets connected to the CC executive. The phone call is also not a toll-free to spare. Sent 3 emails but not even one was answered. I’ve earlier shopped from this site once and the items delivered promptly. Below are my conclusions:

  1. Worst customer care. Not even mails are attended leave alone phone calls.

  2. No guarantee that you get delivery of products.

  3. Even the points they give for writing product reviews on their site also take 1 minimum 15-1 month time to get credited.

  4. Never opt for online payment. Always COD.

  5. Getting products delivered is a Hit or Miss!

  6. If possible, avoid the site completely. It is because of sites like purplle.com and timtara.com, people are afraid to shop online.
