Worst Customer Service

Hi All,


I am using purplle.com since last 18months and it has never failed in the quality of product or delivery. But this time I have had the worst experience.


Had ordered 2 Miss Claire Lipsticks on 8th of July & the status showed processing till 11th July and had no further update on the product. So I tried reaching the customer care number but unfortunately, the call automatically disconnected and received a message saying the Executive will be reaching you within 7 pm. This happened for almost 2days and then I finally mailed the customer care ID regarding my concern.


Mr.Abhijith from the Customer Care Department responded and assured the product would be delivered & yet no update till 13th of July.


On the 13th evening I got a call from another executive - Informed her the same and she asked me for the Order ID - I clearly told her I have 2 products with 2 different Order ID but she considered only one of those and it was delivered on 16th July.


Again I mailed Mr.Abhijith asking for the update on another product & he confirmed that product is currently packed & would be dispatched in next 48hours.


And Unfortunately, Today(i.e 18th July) I get a message saying the amount of Rs.250 has been refunded and the order is canceled.


I again mailed Mr.Abhjith the same and without my consent, they have automatically canceled my ordered.


He says - "As informed in the earlier cascaded mail, Unfortunately, the available stock of product Miss Claire Soft Lip Cream 01 failed our quality check and hence the product was not dispatched. As we were unable to procure the product in time it was canceled and a refund against the same was initiated."


But he had never informed me about the non-availability of the product and informed me that the order was packed and ready to be dispatched.


After this, I have no response from the customer care.


I waited for all this B.S for 10days and this is what they do with the customer.


They neither inform on the status of the product nor get a good response from them - On top of that, they even lie to the customers.


I’m never using Purplle.com anymore nor recommending this to anyone.


Worst ever service!


Product Order ID(201807083124046 - Miss Claire Soft Lips Cream 01) - This is the product which is canceled automatically from Purplle.com


Product Order ID 2(201804112758451 - Miss Claire Soft Lip Cream 24) - Delivered after I checked with the customer care.


Utter Negligence!
