It was my second order from them and oh my God! Never have I met such rude delivery guy in my entire life. He was so rude to me so i complained saying I want different delivery guy. I think purple shares our personal information with the delivery person as well. I got a call from him scolding me for complaining against him and said that if you don’t want the product don’t buy. I can’t even explain how negetively I am effected by it. I raised a complaint saying that the delivery guy is calling me for personal reasons and customer care guy doesn’t know what to do so i told him to just cancel it. And the office cancelled my order under cod amount not available. These whole app is pathetic with worst delivery persons.
