Woww. where should I begin from. Let me think. from the fact that delivery time ranges from 12-20 days or that they don’t have half the products available, which they don’t update on website. or the fact that their customer contact centre sucks or wait for it. the latest one, their payment partner EBS sucks s much and are such liars that they say they have refunded the  money, which actually doesn’t reach the a/c even after 34days and still counting!


So that was the summary i’ll start now:


1) no matter what delivery time they write in the description of the product, they will NEVER adhere to it. They will send the product in their own sweet time. so order only you are ready to wait for a product for at least 12-20 days


2) I ordered the product and waited for 10days then I called them to ask about the status, well the customer contact centre is going to be my next point, so lets concentrate on this. The girl on the other end says madam, both your products arn’t available, that’s why the delay, when I said well then arnt u supposed to revert, the fool says, "ya sorry". Thats it! anyways I told her to atleast get the same updated on the website thta its our of stock. guess what till date its not changed. Only good thing was that it was a COD, so my money wasn’t stuck.


3) customer contact centre: call then the idiotic automated voice goes on and on for 10 mins or so, and then the call gets cut! I mean its a bloody joke. so yai mean if I have called there customer contact centre 10 times, I might have gotten through them once!


4) Refund, which will never be refunded: I ordered a product, which was damaged I called them they asked for photos to be mailed, I did that and they said they will initiate the refund. That mail I got on 28th sept 2013 & today is 31st October 2013, 8: 30 pm & I still haven’t got my money back. you what they do. Purplle says our payment partner/vendor has released the payment, their useless payment partner EBS, gives me a stupid tracking ID and said that check wiwth your bank. What shameless liars yar! I even forwarded them my bank statement but no revert to that.


Now purplle.com says, its not in our hands we are waiting for a revert from EBS! I mean what the hell! I am the only one who is a foll here and who has all the time in the world to keep writing them mails and following up with them.


Anyways purplle.com, & EBS you have irritated me so much that I had to create an id on mouth shut just to write this review and I will continue doing so because you people are so lazy and callous that you guys shouldn’t be allowed to do business.


Also can somebody please tell me the process for filing a complaint in consumer forum
