Shitty customer service, Angry and disappointed

Such a shitty customer service. I am really disappointed from purplle.com . There customer care no is always busy 24/7. They never pick up and respond late to the mails. I ordered a product and paid through netbanking, first of all they delivered a wrong product and then when I was calling them to complain about it, they were not available on call.


Well then I wrote a mail to which they responded after 3 days and told me to send a screenshot of the product. Well I did that as well then pause. Then after 3-4 days again they sent someone to collect the product and since then no response. I’ve been calling them, emailed them but simply no answer. p.s. they still have my 1300 bucks and have’nt returned neither the product nor money.


You morons have lost so many customers coz of this. M nt gonna let anyone acquainted with me let them buy anything from your website.Dudes you’ve lost more than 20 valuable die hard customers. Disappointed and Angry.
