This company is one of the worst company where you would shop from because their customer support sucks to the core. The number that provide to contact doesn’t exists.The offer they provide on their portal, they don’t provide.And when being called they say that those offers keep coming and going and sometimes you might or might not get those offers. Can anyone imagine how surprisingly irritating is that?!?!
They say that they will send back the courier guy to get back the product to get it replaced and its been 30 days the product has been lying on my wardrobe and no one has bothered to come or contact.
After I managed to get their number and contacted them to speak about the issue, the person with whom I was speaking was putting the blame on me stating its not an issue with system to choose the wrong product where in I got an email from the company about the product code when I ordered the product. The management is worst because they are good in blaming it to the customer.
If they are trying to compete with one of the best online shopping portals available in the market now, I can state this with honesty and confidence that this is not the way to go and very soon they would fall on their face and vanish from the business world because customers will buy from this website but that would be their biggest mistake of their life.
People who look out for good customer service will be very much disappointed with this website.
