I had ordered "adidas-men-victory-league-edt-100-ml" from Purpple.com on 5th Jan-2015.Its been a month & I havent received the product.! After 10days when I mailed to the customer care, In reply they said "we dont have that item in stock".

And secondly, Ive got a reply that refund process of 1296 payback points has been initiated, So here Id like to remind you Ive spent 1336 points for this transaction.
You guys are pathetic, Shame on you.! I know this mail is not going to help me either as my all other mails but It might shake up your conscience a little if it is left.
