I have dealt with them a number of times. A lot of time is taken for delivery.
Recently for my order I spent Rs.1403 and after 15 days of chasing, and sending 3 emails, they sent me half of the products.
I am still struggling to get my last product for Rs. 800. Cust care doesn’t reply, so do not bother e-mailing them.
