The product turned out to be a cheap duplicate product refilled in prorogue dark affair container.


Called them the other day they denied that it is a duplicate product but were ready to refund my money. The customer care executive told that he would arrange for a reverse pickup. I waited for few days but no one turned up. I followed up with them at least 2 – 3 times after their deadline for reverse pickup but every time they made the promise and did not deliver. The 4th time I called them up they told that my area is outside their logistics boundary and asked me to courier back the product instead.


I was really shocked to hear this, If I was outside their boundary how did the producer reach me in the first place, and even if it was so why didn’t they tell me at the first call itself.  I was really frustrated and decided to let it pass.
