Worst online shopping experience

I had ordered two products on 24/10/2013. They shipped the first one on 29/10/2013 and when I received the product( Tigi dumb blonde) it was damaged. Instead of creme there was a serum kind of thing with clotted white solid particles.


I immediately informed the customer care and they promised to send a replacement with the remaining order.


They shipped the remaining order on 5/11/2013 and without the replacement product. This was disgusting. The worst part was that the second product I received( Tigi spoil me) was without the cap. The entire box was smelling because the product was leaked so much.


After spending so much on branded products, if you receive such damaged products, it is really disgusting. They have absolutely no quality check before dispatch. I seriously feel cheated and wasted so much money for such damaged /fake /wasted products.


In spite of reading all bad reviews about this website, I was attracted towards the products since these products are not easily available in the market. I will seriously advice people to stay away from this website.
