I just stumbled upon the website while browsing through beauty blogs. They have a pretty good range of brands including a slew of professional ones like L’oreal, Schwarzkopf, Kerastase Etc. I had bought a mascara and deodorants from the website and it was delivered in Delhi on 3rd day of order placement. Nothing great but within three days is pretty fine. If I wanted delivery next day I would have gone to the Hypermarket.
The packaging can be termed as practical, nothing jazzy but it protects the product inside while in transit.
The best part if the friendly staff that they have in the customer care. Spent 30 minutes explain product details (having more on the website would have helped though). Also ensured that it was dispatched on priority (I just wanted to check if they listen to my request or not :)). Overall pretty decent experience. I would recommend people just to see the range of products.
I would suggest purplle.com to make the descriptions on the website better.
