Worst e-commerce website I have ever encountered. Why do you people still exist in the e-com web-space I don’t know. You don’t have a good logistic support, you don’t have a good inventory, worst customer service people who do not reply to consumers ever.
I placed my order 13 days back, received just a part of the order and after that no communication from your side regarding the rest of the order. you also don’t let the customer know that the product is not in your procurement and if the customer wishes to take back the order.
Seriously, get some business acumen and then start serving customers or else what you are doing is just harassing people. learn something from Flipkart.
