Hi, this is what happened.loved the website and the well known brands available.ordered over rs 5000 worth of products by advance online payment for everything.after 4 days 2 items are not available.after 12 days 6 products not available.many emails n phone calls exchanged with customer care still nothing delivered.
Also, friend ordered panasonic body shaver, which was delivered but was SECONDHAND with someone elses body hair on it.yuk!.called them, sent photograph of the shaver.company not accepting that someone at warehouse could have used it.they blamed bluedart for it, after some more emails and calls promised to exchange.it still on its way.hopefully it wont be used this time.and after 2 weeks of full payment im still waiting for the partial delivery of 7 out of 13 items.use caution before ordering and make it cash on delivery.prepaid customers will receive shippment much latter in installments.will update once I receive my order.
above was 1 of the worst experience of online shopping.
after I received my product, I ordered again hoping that once they have made a mistake like that, they wouldnt do it again.but I was so wrong!
I PLACED ORDER FOR 2 LOTUS SUNSCREENS, SHAMPOO CONDITIONER AND 2 HAIR COLOUR TUBES.I GOT EMAIL AFTER CONFIRMATION THAT PRODUCTS WILL BE DISPATCHED IN 3DAYS. TODAY ITS BEEN 28 DAYS! A WHOLE MONTH AND STILL THEY HAVENT EVEN PROCESSED THE ORDER YET, AFTER SEVERAL EMAILS(AS THEY DONT HAVE A WORKING PHONE LINE TO TALK TO THEM) ASKING THEM TO CANCEL THE ORDER AND REFUND THE MONEY, THEY TOLD SOME ISSUE IS GOING TILL 25TH THEY CANT DELIVER, ON 25TH ITSELF THEY WILL SHIP THEM. THE LIARS!
I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER, OR ANY CANCELLATION, OR ANY REFUND, OR ANY EMAIL CONFIRMING THE ORDER STATUS.
DONT PAY THEM IN ADVANCE EVER FOR ANY ORDER.THEY LL DRAG YOU TILL YOU GIVE UP!
