Purplle has worst ever customer care service. I ordered two products from purplle and both were in used condition. Then I raised a return request but their reply was not satisfactory. They were not in a mood for refunding my money. They argued on this matter. They said that they had not facility for reverse pick-up. Nailpaint was empty and lipstick was in used condition. I wanted my money back but they tried to make us fool by saying that refund will be initiated shortly. But they hadnt done anything with respect to this matter.
