I have ordered few products from their website named https://purplle.com/ on 11th December 2015 and 15 December 2015 and the order no. for the same is #20141211353246 and #20141215358008. and its been a month i am chasing them for the products.
Every time their executives are saying that we dont have products in stock. Somebody please ask from these morons why the hell they have not updated this on their website? and they are making the fool of the customers by making fake promises? I am chasing these peoples from the last one month and their customer care executives are just making fake promises.
I am not going to shop from them again in future. But what do i do now? I have paid for the products and they are not even returning my money.
I have decided to file this case in consumer court and will request them to take a serious action against them.
