I don’t like the way the Purvanchal Gramin Bank’s employees behave. they feel themself like the bank owner .One day I got in the bank to fill a ATM form for my mother .Going inside the bank I felt myself so sweating because of so hot environment inside the bank.
They keep their fans towards them not a single fan for the customers.
When I asked them to set up few fans for the customers the employees started barking at me saying ’’You would pay the money to buy the appliance’’ just think about the condition what should the customers think towards their employees behavior.
And at last I starting asking for the form and they denied all my requests like "No form is available and we don’t provide ATMs" and many ways they used to deny.
So it does not look good for the customers because any bank or company is directly proportional to its profit.
I don’t like their behavior neither the services they provide , they lack many important banking services for example , Mobile banking , Internet Banking and no customer care support contact number to check account balance and credit-debit details.
