The film is based around a daily wage worker and how his journey of going from a wage worker to becoming the head of a red sandalwood smuggling business. Sukumar enjoys the tag of being one of the most intelligent directors but in this film he has completely missed it. Rushmika Mandanna’s character feels like the one used by the director for song placement and to add some lighter moments to the movie. She could have played a better role in the movie but it the movie it is all about exaggerating the hero. Allu Arjun deserves some recognition for his performance but he is unable to make film less boring because of the poor writing and bad editing of the movie. It could have been a much better movie if a more sharp editing had been done on it, instead of making it a 179 minutes long movie.
