Pushpa-The Rise’s story is based around the seshachalam jungles around late 1990’s. Pushpa portrayed by Allu Arjun plays role of a dailywage worker who works in red sandalwood jungle. Sukumar has set the bar high after series of hit films but in pushpa he seems to be struggling. It has same story which have seen over and over again in bollywood films but we see it repeating itself in a spam of three hours. Not much attention has been given to lead actress, here all the focus seems to be on the story of the hero and how he rises in the business of red sandalwood. At one moment he is seen as a small daily labour but within ten minutes he owns a car. Logic is completely left behind. A film which is created on a scale of films like Bahubali and KGF such quality of script can not be accepted.
