I am Vikram Singh a registered user under https://pvrcinemas.com as user: vikramsingh80@gmail.com, frequently booking movie tickets. Ason (Friday, Aug, 06, 2010) I have seen the free seating arrangement in PVRSaket for Movie AISHA@17:10 show, where tickets available for the ’Kth Row’ . When I went personally to the PVR Saket counter I have been told that the seating is full and I "canhave best available corner seating is at F row seating is F22 and F23." Issue: But now when Ibooked the tickets from PVR counter at 21:45 I have been told that there are NO corner seats available and given F22 and F23 confirmed( Tkt serial number is 3476/2/6/00/000026 and 27. Now see the snapshot I have taken from https://pvrcinemas.com website where its clearly seen that seating at the corner were available at J, H and G row. ( see blue marked in the snapshot taken at 22:32 on Friday, Aug, 06, 2010) Question: Why the seating at J, H or Gth row is NOT allocated to me when it was free at the corner????
