> Hi

> I had booked a set of three tickets for Rang De Basanti for Monday
> 13th February 2006 (HYWB0000011376) and another set of three tickets
> for Wednesday 15th February 2006 (HYWB0000012635). My friend had gone
> with his family to watch the show on Monday while I had planned to
> see
> it with my family today.

> it today. The film had meanwhile started but they behaved very badly,
> making us sound like thieves, trying to sneak in. Three folks came

> verified details and finally they found out that I did have valid
> tickets (20 minutes of the movie was over) and then they went into
> the
> hall, murmuring my seat numbers. They came out after 5-10 minutes and
> asked me if I would like to see it at 9:30 pm. I had specifically
> booked it for 6 pm since I have to leave my driver at 9pm and my son
> goes to school early. Finally I demanded back my money and the cost
> of
> petrol - they were pretty unapologetic and gave back Rs 350 (Rs 300
> for
> ticket refund and Rs 50 for petrol) nonchalantly and not once did
> they
> apologize for this incident or try to make arrangements for us to see
> the movie. They even accused me of showing up 5 minutes late for the
> show.
