> Hi

>

> I had booked a set of three tickets for ’’Rang De Basanti’’ for Monday

> 13th February 2006 (HYWB0000011376) and another set of three tickets

> for Wednesday 15th February 2006 (HYWB0000012635). My friend had gone

> with his family to watch the show on Monday while I had planned to

> see

> it with my family today.

>

> However I was in for a rude shock. It seems first they could not

> place

> the tickets and then they said I had seen it on Monday so I cannot

> see

> it today. The film had meanwhile started but they behaved very badly,

> making us sound like thieves, trying to sneak in. Three folks came

> and

> verified details and finally they found out that I did have valid

> tickets (20 minutes of the movie was over) and then they went into

> the

> hall, murmuring my seat numbers. They came out after 5-10 minutes and

> asked me if I would like to see it at 9:30 pm. I had specifically

> booked it for 6 pm since I have to leave my driver at 9pm and my son

> goes to school early. Finally I demanded back my money and the cost

> of

> petrol - they were pretty unapologetic and gave back Rs 350 (Rs 300

> for

> ticket refund and Rs 50 for petrol) nonchalantly and not once did

> they

> apologize for this incident or try to make arrangements for us to see

> the movie. They even accused me of showing up 5 minutes late for the

> show.

>

> I am very sad to tell you that I am a member of PVR movies for more

> than 4 years (since my stay in Gurgaon - my member id was )

> and

> was eagerly looking forward to the opening of PVR Cinemas in

> Hyderabad

> but this incident has left me totally shocked (in fact once I had

> turned up 30 minutes late for my movie in Gurgaon and still I had no

> problem getting my tickets since I had booked it online and once

> paid,

> no one has a right to my tickets). When I told them that I would take

> it up with Mr Sanjeev Bijli and Mr Ajay Bijli, they said I could take

> it up with anyone, they didnt care. I have noted down their names -

> they are Mr Harsha, Mr Tarun and Mr Karan. Now it is up to you

> whether

> you care to take any action.

>

> I am pretty certain that some kind of black marketing of tickets are

> going on which is why they may have sold off my tickets to someone

> else

> when I did not turn up by 6 pm.

>

> I am very sorry to say that this experience has left me totally

> shocked

> and I have decided never never to visit PVR again and I would tell

> everyone my story.
