Not best and tried to cheat

As the courtesy it’s good over here. So yelling unnecessarily won’t make a point. But the food rates are so high and sometimes the picture quality is not so good. I mean come on if I am not happy spending 200 bucks for a movie which doesn’t have a good video quality.

I would like you to explain an incident and want everyone to take a note of it. Whenever we go for a 3D movie, the ticket charges include the cost of 3D glasses. And these glasses are one time usable glasses. Hence they should provide new glasses to each of the customers. But when I went for a movie they were giving old glasses only( and I mean it was too old) . There were lot of scratches on the glass which would definitely spoil your 3D experience and when I asked them why are they giving old glasses they said that these are not one time usable. And after a small argument they told me to wait and when they were done with providing old glasses to everyone, one of the staff brought me the new glasses.

And yeah when they were giving the old glasses it was fully packed in a plastic cover so don’t fall for such things. Tear it up and check the glasses at that time for scratches and whether it is new or not. And if they provide you with new glasses the plastic cover is too strong to tear so remember that.

I was not expecting such a thing from PVR. It means they save around 25 bucks per movie ticket by repeating those glasses. So after the movie I just broke the glasses and gave it back to them, so that it can’t be reused.

WORST EXPERIENCE HERE.
