I had booked for FDFS for Kalki 2898 AD(IMAX) - Telugu @ PVR: VR Bengaluru, Whitefield Road and we were made to wait for nearly 1.5 hours stating technical issue and finally were made to see the movie in ordinary Dolby 7.1 screen with front row seats. It was really horrible to see PVR service, no body bothers to understand the pain of customers for the hefty ticket and snacks amount being charged from customers. Though people were very angry and upset with PVR management for not efficiently providing the service, none of the patrons abused any of the staffs. However, PVR: VR Bengaluru management showed their cheap attitude by involving Cops, which shows the nasty service they have towards customers. We were lucky enough that Cops could understand our pain and spoke on behalf of us. We reached the theatre at 7 am and had to wait for 2 hours to get an alternate show and we had to miss the IMAX experience of watching the movie. Also, we had to spend extra time towards parking and snacks for wasting our time. I dont think PVR Cinemas would understand the pain and compensate the customer. We were promised by the auditorium in charge that a refund would be provided for the cancelled IMAX show, not sure if PVR has the habit of keeping those promises. It was really a pathetic and horrible experience that I have ever faced at PVR(Even though they have never started shows on time).
