One day we booked the ticket of Om Shanti OM through online. Due to some problem we were not in position to watch the movie. We went to PVR-Bangalore to refund our tickets or sell it to some guys.
That show was houseful. We request the guy in counter to announce once that two tickets were available for the current show. The guy took our ticket and told us to wait. We were standing in front of the ticket counter for 45 mins. The guy was not announcing any thing about tickets. Then we saw that some people came and ask for Om Shanti Om ticket availability but the guy in front of counter didn’t do anything. Now it was 30 min since the current show started. We asked the guy in the counter to return our ticket.
We went to manager. The manager was young guy standing in side. He was not looking like a manager. He was holding a walky talky. We told him the whole story. He just told us sorry and smiled.
We have visited around 50 times to PVR Bangalore. But when we asked for something.the people showed their real manner to us.
These all things promote people to watch movie in their home in pirated DVDs. I am really very sad to see the attitude of the staff at counter as well as the so called manager.
