I am regular visitor to PVR kormangala and I used to like it but my experience yesterday was worst and I don’t think I will come back to your theater again .1st thing the movie Yeh Jawani Hai Deewani was suppose to start at 8.30 and the hall doors only opened at 8.40 which I can understand some times it happens.
But after that you guys put on commercials for like more than 20 mins which is very very very annoying I can understand 5 mins but more than 20 mins is bullshit. You need to understand We pay to come over and watch a movie and relax not to come and get annoyed by commercials which we watch every single day at home on TV sets.
You guys are making money from tickets and other so many ways but frustrating your guests with 20 mins commercial before the movie and another 10 mins during interval( Not Right After It starts after 10 mins Gap before you start the 2nd part of the movie which is again nonsense) is just not acceptable .I know there is nothing I can do about it except that I stop coming to your theater and talk about it on some review websites which I will.
I imagine like me how many people will come there to have a good time and get annoyed by time delays and after that long commercials.
PVR I am sorry you guys lost me as a customer.
