The worst cinema experience

I must say PVR give me one of the worst cinema experience in my life. I went to watch matru bijlee ka mandola yesterday with friends and trust me it was worst experience ever we had. To summarize:

1) Manhandling of customers ie checking by there security staff with hands. Its really not acceptable at any cost. I guess next thing u will come up is strip checking. ah?

2) handling over any cigarettes  and others to the security, which was ok until I found out at the end of the film by one of the most arrogant staff of PVR that how long way we need to go to collect our personal belongings. there is no coordination between the place where we deposited our fags and where to collect them. It seems almost all who had deposited had no clue where to go or whom to ask.

3) Seats are highly uncomfortable, trust me. We took gold class by paying whopping RS.1716, which was totally not comfortable. Your neck starts to ache after few mins. Room space for legs was pathetic.

4) we were seated at the end row and trust me we could literally hear the sound of other films playing in and around our audi. That was highly unacceptable. I taught you were suppose to be one of the best but trust me you are the worst.

Please visit cinemax once and see how the gold class seats are and how to manage your 7.1 Dolby sound. Your tickets are priced way too high for the pathetic service you provide. You surely have lost a crowd. Not sure if anyone would read this or no. God bless your customers.
