PVR Mahagun is just 5 kms away from my home in Indirapuram. I have watched close to 50 movies here.
It has 4 spacious auditoriums which are kept clean and tidy. Thankfully, there’s no moldy smell in the seats. The cleaners do a good job of keeping the entire facility spic and span.
The security guards are courteous and wish you everytime you enter the main gates.
Ticket booking is totally hassle free via their iOS app and also via their dedicated website.
The staff is very helpful in taking your order on your seat and deliver the order on time.
However, I found two issues with PVR Mahagun -
The movies are never started on time. If the scheduled timing for a movie is 1 PM, it will start at around 1:15 PM. This leads to a lot of delays in succession and is a complete nuisance.
The rates of the food items at the food counter have been getting higher at an alarming rate. A single popcorn+pepsi combo and nachos combo costs almost close to the cost of two movie tickets. Please look into this issue.
