I have watched lot of movies at pvr naraina but if u just buy tickets n watch movie its very good hall but just in case if u need liitle bit more service from them there u go .... there is absolutely no customer service at all . last time we went my husband and I we just bought our tickets and were just passin thru their security formalties when I got a call from home that my 18 month old son got up and was crying badly so we had to run home . I just asked staff at counter to help with tickets as we have not even stepped in the hall . but the answer I got was we cant do anything . we found it pretty strange that why they cant give us credit for next show . we have paid but not used our tickets . so we went to see the manager who was a young girl not suitable for her job at all . I dono wat she was speaking cudnt understan her at all . but basicaly she said no we cant do anything . so my husband just threw tickets at her and we came back .for such a big hall without any customer service how its running ???? they r not ready to take a small loss of 250 rs wich is not really a loss also to them but they are gladly ready to upset their customers n force them not to come to this hall ever again
and that was my last visit at pvr naraina
