Ticket counter staff didn’t issue us the right ticket for the show. He refused to change the even tough it was his mistake.
His computer monitor was too small for us to see show timings - we could barely figure out the seat numbers on that screen. Once printed, the staff refuses to change the tickets. So, we cancelled our dinner plans, and opted for the earlier show that we were not ready for.
During intermission, we ordered food from Mcdonalds counter - to be delivered to our seats later. The person delivering it tried his best to deliver it to wrong seats. Thanks to good co-audiences, we got our food.
After the show, we couldn’t find anybody by the elevator(we checked both main n parking area elevators), and the escalator was switched off. No proper directions were marked to help us to exit. Many elder people were clearly frustrated. Only if you are a regular customer, or if you have a crowd guiding you, you can figure out your way.
This was my first visit to the mall and theatre in last 6 years. I stopped going there before because when I went to see Jaane tu ya jaane naa movie there in 2008, there was little water dripping from ceiling on my seat thru out the movie. I wore plastic bag over my head as my niece wanted to see that movie, and I somehow thought it wise not to disappoint her. This time also I visited to accompany some guests from out of country - otherwise I would not have bothered at all.
