I have been there quite a times, the experience was good .
the infrastructure is great, simple, user-friendly and well maintained .
booking tickets in the counter will be a problem, as most of the time all counters will be closed and only 1 or 2 will be open so a long Que is expected, but online booking is really smooth and less torture.
Inside the theater, there is no one to guide you to you’re seat number and row’s, so a little problem over there .
And also some times they don’t clean the seats and food treys will be below the seat .
prices are average, sometimes its pointless.
Picture and sound quality are good no comment on that .
A little hygiene inside the theater will be a great idea and a person to guide us to the row’s or the seats!.
