One of the worst management I have ever experienced in any multiplex.The extreme unprofessional behavior of the security staff.The cold response of the manager on any customer complains.From the bad conditions of washrooms to the stinky seats in the auditoriums every thing is pathetic in PVR.
They only Know to charge unreasonable amount on tickets.
The mind boggling prices at the food court.
Only reason behind this extremely unfair and unprofessional behavior from the management is they do not have any competition in the market!
Hope to see some good Multiplexes soon in lucknow so as to bring down the unjustice done to the customers!
