I went to PVR vikaspuri delhi some months ago. as per me this is worst pvr in delhi because of it’s management. on that day suddenly all of the crowd feel humidity in the hall because Air conditioner of the hall was not working and shut off by its management.Some people went to the management for compaining this issue but manager said that we have shutoff the Air conditioner because its not working properly and we can’t repair this, so we requested them for refund because that was June end and no one can spend time without Airconditioner or fan in the hall.
but management denied for refund.I don’t know why they said this but if customer is paying any amount to them then they should work for customers. If this is the ambience then PVR is not good company as per me. in the PVR ticket price is not cheap they charged every time very high for these type of services. as per me this hall is not value for money. you can watch movie at home and that is better than PVR vikaspuri
sound quality and picture quality is good but their management staff is not good they don’t understand customers problems.
