PXV is the first word that comes to my mind when someone says FRAUD or DECIVER. This company has been a real pain in my life and a complete headache for many reasons.
I never approached them up-frontal. They called up and got me into this. Now because of their unreal work terms and conditions the work was not completed.
A few days later I received a call from their end stating that I have broken/breached the contract. Now I need to pay a compenstation of have to face legal consequences.
The amount they asked was so unreal to be even discussed here, it was 76000 for 9000 RS work. So lame that sounds, and this is really happening.
I cant pay such a huge amount. And now the company has started sending me legal notices which I have to manage explaining the family, what’s wrong? Someone please do something about it, they are not stopping at all. I stopped taking calls now receiving mails, messages and letters.
