Its been long I have gone to a theater to watch a movie. But this was the one both my wife and myself were eager to watch. And I should say the movie was a real treat.
Rahul Bose has always been my one of the favorite and intelligent actors of bollywood. His great timing, expressions, not so hero like image has always impressed me. You will get to see alot of Rahul Bose in this movie. Unlike Jhankar Beats where he was charing the canvas with 2 other mail line actors, this movie is pretty much focused on Rahul Bose and his take on love, relationships and off course marriage.
This movie will take you on a roller coaster ride starting from:
guy meets girl to
guy likes gurl to
guy loves gurl to
gurl loves guy to
gurl wants to marry a guy to
guy gets scared of marriage to
guy meets another gurl to
alot more (to be seen in the movie :-)))))
The casting of this movie is really perfect. One main point I noticed was that Mallika is only used in the movie to give movie an initial hype. But in actual if you are going to watch a movie because of her, then u should stay away from it.
Mallika is neither shown as a sexy figure nor she is looking good in doing such a casual role. I think any female in bollywood would have replaced her in this movie. As I said earlier, you wont notice or remember anyone except Rahul Bose when you will leave the theater.
Coming to Music. The tracks of this movie are great. Movie has a backdrop of its main track (Pape Pyar Kar Ke). This really keeps the movie pumping. In all there is a good mix of 3 party tracks, 1 senti track, 1 sad track. The songs are well placed and do not break the movie in the middle.
The humour of the movie is what I found the best. Its witty, Its well timed, Its what remains with you even after you leave the theater. Infact some of things you will remember for few weeks too and keep discuss with fellow watchers.
In all, I should say - Go Watch This Movie :-)
