I am an employee with QA InfoTech for over 7 years now and my experience is diagonally opposite in a very positive way. I have many friends in the industry working in different organizations and I can keep talking about many generic things about my organization as well like professionalism, employee centric, strong processes, mentorship, HR involvement in personal growth, etc, etc, etc. But I do not want to emphasize on the things which are generic(though not less important for any company). I want to share my first-hand experience here. What makes me love QA InfoTech(and that you can make out from my years of association with the organization?) is the culture, integrity, strong values that flow throughout the organization as a life force.
Especially, the most important aspect is the personal focus on each employee, enabling everyone to carve their own niche in the organization as well as in their career. My personal life has always bloomed completely in tandem with my profession growth which I got at QA InfoTech.
No organization interferes in personal life. It is for the individual to strike out the balance between professional & personal life. Professionally, I gained exposure, mentoring and heights in my career(which is still facing North) just due to QA InfoTech (which includes from my immediate report in initial days to the top management); everyone has been catalyst in getting the best out of me in motivational, appreciative way and gave me hand holding whenever needed.
On the other side, my personal life. Well like everyone, I had my share of ups and downs in personal life. But I just cannot emphasis more on how even the top management has been there to understand and go beyond expectations to provide support on personal fronts as well. I can only say this, my journey with QA InfoTech has been awesome; full of learning’s, professional growth, joyous moments and friends.
I would not only suggest but go to extent to say “urge” to those reading this post that if you have the Zeal, Motivation and Fire in your belly to do something different and achieve respectable heights in your career on which you can smilingly look back on the path tread after few years; then QA InfoTech is THE PLACE you should aspire to join. I wouldn’t say big words; just come, be a part of it and your experience will say for itself.
