While Qi has amazing infrastructure and gymnasium facilities, it is not supported with an equally amazing service and attitude. The charges are 7 star(monthly 7000/- going upto annually 50, 000/-)and the attitude sucks. They are totally inflexible for their clients and for every small adjustment, they decline. I requested for a locker facility, it was declined, I requested for flexi days, it was declined, requested for installment facility for enrolling, it was declined
Even trial classes are charged for(other equally good gymnasiums donot charge for trial). They charged me 550/- for 3 trial sessions. While I consumed 2, I requested that I would come after 2 days for the 3rd trial class(since I was travelling), I was told, they will not adjust. They were extremely rude and the front desk assistant(woman) also went to the extent of telling me that I may not join if I dont want to. Shocked to hear this, coming from a person in service industry. Front desk represents or is the face of the gymnasium and if they treat customers with disrespect, it should be immediately taken up
So while I have paid for all 3, I will not be able to get the 3rd class. Plus I got insulted
Over my 2 sessions, I was really impressed with the instructors and the equipments available. Was actually evaluating and considering to join. However am disgusted with the disrespect that I was spoken to with, by the front desk. The attitude is more like they dont need customers and customers need them. Go only if you want to pay enormous fees for getting insulted.
