I took 20 sessions of treatment for which I paid ₹;25, 000.
I was told that I would get relief after just one session, but even after completing all 20 sessions, I did not get any relief from my pain.
The place claims to offer physiotherapy, but in reality, there is a robot doctor that only counts the number of exercises.
Apart from counting, the patients have to do everything on their own—no proper assistance or therapy is provided.
The entire treatment feels like a complete fraud.
I want to know where I can file a complaint since they are misleading patients and not providing real treatment.
Lack of Guidance During Exercises: During sessions, I do follow the exercises as instructed, but I’m not sure whether I’m performing them correctly. The attending staff rarely provides feedback or correction, which makes me unsure about the effectiveness of the therapy.
Hygiene Issues: While patients are asked to remove their shoes before entering the treatment area, the staff continues to wear their shoes—both inside and outside the clinic. This defeats the purpose of maintaining cleanliness.
Bed Sanitization: After one patient finishes their session, the bed is not cleaned or sanitized before the next patient uses it. This is highly unhygienic and concerning, especially in a clinical setting.
