The Mutton ghee roast and the chicken Nargis kebab is an absolute treat to the taste buds. The murgh zaffrani tikka has soft, juicy pieces of chicken marinated in zaffrani masala and is served in a brass pot and has a smoky taste. The chicken cheese kebab is a letdown as the cheese is hardly noticeable and their mutton kebab is slightly dry. The methi corn tikki and bharvan kukurmutta are exotic veggies stuffed in mushroom caps and topped with cheese and baked to perfection.
They have a very interesting and tasty sizzler, which is the butter chicken sizzler and is easily the best sizzler that I have ever tried. It is served with French fries, grilled vegetables and rice or noodles. The chicken bhuna sizzler is served with a spicy sauce and is delicious. The peshwari chicken is served with a live grill. The vegetable biryani is finger licking good and so are the non-vegeatarien biryanis. The chicken gravy is to die for.
Qilaa de Vashi restaurant has unique cocktail drinks like teekhi vodka in which they use chillies, adraki vodka in which they use ginger, jadibhuti rum, where they use mixed herbs. Pineapple mojito is also a great drink here.
