Started off with earnestness. Raj was the person we mainly dealt with.
Design inputs are standard. Fortunately, we had inputs from better designers previously. This meant we needed Qnest for execution only.
TV panel, kitchen and bedroom wardrobes were the only things commissioned to them.
Initial timelines were met. Then came the problem.
To do the finishing work, the delay was a month beyond what was committed.
Then Qnest switched off from all modes of communication. No answers to calls, sms, emails.
They did not complete the last 3% of work, had taken the final payment by then.
We had to get another carpenter to complete Qnest’s work.
Update: We recently found out that they used ebco hinges in many places, after having taken money for heittich hinges.
