We got the interiors done for our 2BHK in Bangalore North from Qnest. We must accept that they have done a great job. We had specific requirements for puja space, kitchen cabinets etc. Nisarga(proprietor) would patiently listen to our requirements, give suggestions and provide us with the 3D designs. This helped us make decisions, and choose colors for the laminates easily.
We had our Gruhapravesham event coming up and had requested the Puja unit to be ready in less than a week and they delivered it on the committed time. There were also many small things which needed extra effort and Nisarga would go the extra mile to meet the customer requirements and work until the customer is completely satisfied. There were few small things like the handles for the wardrobes that could have been better, but it can be ignored when compared to the good wood work that was done. The material and finish is commendable. I must also acknowledge Dinesh, Sahil & Mohan who supported and worked equally hard to meet the targets.
Overall, we had a great experience working with Nisarga and team and we would easily recommend them to anyone who are looking to get their interiors done. In simple words - they are a team of thorough professionals, who candidly work towards customer satisfaction and are honest and committed in the relationship with the customer.
