We got our kitchen wood work done by Qnest.We hired them as they promised that kitchen work will be done in 3 days(at site) and 20 days at their factory.Once they started work at our kitchen it took them more than 2 months to complete.We had to eat outside literally every day.They have no control on the carpenters who work for them.Carpenters were away every other day and we really had hard time following up with these guys.Somehow they finished work in a way that we can use the kitchen.When we gave them entire amount there was a cabinet door which was required to be fixed which they said will be done in maximum 1 week but that was not the case.Another round of follow up started with them to get this door work done.We called Raj for it atleast 50 times but the work was never completed.
These guys take a premium in price saying that they will complete work ASAP but once we give them the money they do not pick phone and if they does, they just tell that carpenter will come next day which never happens.
I would sincerely recommend all of you to stay away from Qnest if you want peace of mind and want to get your wood work done in fair price.
