I am using these oats from last 3 months and I got the results very soon. My extra fat started to decrease and my size of jeans was more than 36 but now it’s around 34’ so I am really happy for results of thus product. I am takingt hese oats daily with milk and no addition of sugar, just add proteinx for taste. I am very satisfied thanks Quaker I love the 1kg box
