Quaker oats has been my favourite breakfast since I have learned about health benefits of eating oats everyday. Quaker oats will cost you 200rs for 1 kg and its totally worth. It has no taste of its own and thats is very good you can add honey peanut butter and jaggery etc to make it good healthy breakfast which is full of carbohydrates and protein. Quaker oats help in reducing the risk of heart attack, loosing fat and it has low cholestrol as well.
I used to take it as protein shake supplement and I mix 100 gram this oasts, peanut butter, honey jaggery and full cream milk and hence its give me 1000 calories in one time. It is then can be used for maintaining good health and proper weight. It has no side effect or any compultion of eating specific quantity because the more you eat the healthier it will be called. Every age of person can eat this perfect morning breakfast and it is far better than eating cereals.
