Healthy oats

There are many substitute have come rather than having usual breakfast of bread Jam or chole puri , paratha , uttappa etc. one of the best alternative to these breakfast is Oats. Now a days Oats are coming in many Flavour salty ones, Oats with Dalia , Oats with milk. I have tried Quaker Oats Kesar Flavour with Kishmish. I really like these oats. It is easy to cook.


Only you need some amount of milk and add oats in this and cook it on flame for 5min. and it is ready to eat. While cooking it gives you faint custard smell. which is very nice . and it more and more increases your appetite.


Ingredients:


Oats, sugar, Raisins, wheat fibres, cardamom powder, saffron, edible starch and colour.


Suits for all the age groups


It even suits for diabetics because it is fibrous… but need to be careful about sugar contents in this.
