I am using Quaker Oats since 2 years, Quaker Oats is a very healthy breakfast in the morning, Cooking time is very less, since I am a working women with 1 year baby, I am always in hurry in the morning. I eat Quaker oats and go to work, since it is rich in fibre and proteins, it keeps you full. Quaker Oats can be prepared with milk, honey and also you can increase your taste with fruits and nuts which is very yummy. It can also be prepared with buttermilk. Quaker Oats is available in different flaours also. Its packing is really good with aluminium sheet and also they show 1 or 2 recipes of Quaker oats on the packing.
