I had visited chennai last year for business purpose.I had stayed in Quality Inn Mgm Beach Resort because my business partner had booked thi hotel for me.There was single bed non ac room was booked for me.The hotel ws was a complete disappointment.This place was not ideal to stay.The room was maintain very badly the fan in room was not working properly.It was working very slowly and it was difficult to get air from it.Pathetic service and bad food are the next experiences for me in hotel.The staff totally ignores customer and they had to call many time for service.The food is bad. The seacrest restaurant and bar serves greasy buffets for all meals. If you arent eating the buffet, the staff will not even let you sit at the restaurant
