Quantium Solutions Couriers is one of the worst courier company and for cost reasons many online shopping websites have ties up with them, I am putting forward not one but two examples of this couriers poor service record . my 2nd experience is my first example .
I ordered a Perfume from an online shopping company, it was prepaid on their portal and and two days later on 19/10/2012 I was told it has been shipped using Quantium Solutions Couriers, seeing Quantium Solutions Couriers I almost skipped a heartbeat, I was expecting their courier service might have improved over last time .
But it was as pathetic and useless has last time, Normally couriers from Delhi to Goa(Where I stay) take 4 to 5 working Days, 24th was Dussera holiday so I was expecting 25 has ideal date(5th working day) for receiving it but No news Tracker only mentioned in Goa and " DELIVERY IN PROGRESS " and it reached Goa in 23th, but No delivery even on 26th, but when I called back home on 27 from office to ask if they have received any courier it was negative from my family, this time I was furious .
I called up Quantium Solutions Couriers Bangalore office, lady was not even ready to listen to my problems and said that shipment was offloaded by airlines due to some reason and it was not their problem since it was offloaded, I asked her is it my problem that it was offloaded and then in a second she gave me their local Goa partner number, I took it down and immediately called their Panjim partner number, he too gave me another number from my area, Distance between Panjim and my house is 30 km but it took them 3 Days to Transfer it from Panjim to my area of their local courier 25th to 27 Oct 2012, I called both numbers and both blamed each other for delays, time I had called them was around 3 in afternoon, they only kept promising " Monday Sure sir ", that will be 29/10/12 almost 10 Days in transit from Delhi to My House,
Quantium Solutions Couriers has partnered with many local couriers in many areas and this local companies are really not interested in delivering in time and not bothered to provide accurate service, if you see shipping from Quantium Solutions then you can be rest assured that it will never reach in time, and This is my second time with them that they delayed service, since I don’t remember dates from my first experience of their worst service I am not writing on that part .
