First of all. SLOW is this the middle name of this courier. From delivering, updating and also their brain. If other courier service have problem to deliver the items such as(consignee not reachable or entry restrictions) they will call the customer. But this’quantium solution’ don’t have the solution for that. They straight return it back for god sake idk why. Maybe the delivery man cannot use phone when working. Maybe they don’t have credit to call. Idgaf I just want my items. It have been the 3rd time my items have be return back and I don’t know what to do. Fail to call their hotline and no further instruction for what I suppose to do. So yeah by far the worse. Period.
