Here is my summary -
Not on time.
Bad service followed by arrogant behavior.
False promises.
Here is how I reached to the above conclusion - I called them to book a cab from Brigade road to Yeshvantpur railway station. They gave me a quote of 300Rs, I asked them that I have luggage so, I would need either a bigger car of a carrier. They said that car with carrier will cost 350, so I said ok I asked them to come at 6:45 am sharp in order to reach station on time. They said the driver will call 1 hr before departure. Here is what happened next. At 5:45 am there is no call from driver. I wait till 6 am before I call the driver.
Driver says he will be here in 30 mins. At 6:40 am, he is not here yet, so I call him again and he says 10 more mins, he finally reaches here at 7 am. And to my horror I discover that there is no carrier. I tell the driver and he calls the office etc etc and basically the guy says that I can tell you in 5 mins whether I can arrange car with carrier or not. I asked that whether it will happen or not and he says that it will not happen.
Fortunately, there is an auto rickshaw nearby and I took the car+ auto to station. At the station, now the driver demands 350 Rs(which was the charge for carrier). I tell him I will not pay 350 rs since he didn’t get the car with carrier. He yells at me, calls office etc etc. I tell the office guys that 250 is max that I will pay because of(a) bad service and(b) the auto costed me 150 rs which is clearly not my fault. The office guy agrees but the driver is yelling that he will not accept this and keeps on yelling and I walk away after leaving money in the car.
At no point, I got an apology that they have screwed it up.
Even after not delivering up to the service, they wanted the full fees and the driver was really arrogant in the whole process.
